I am Jeyhun Heydar, and I live by one guiding principle: create value that changes reality. For me, it’s not just a motto — it’s a way of looking at every project, decision, and opportunity. If it doesn’t make a real difference, it isn’t worth my time

Over the past 17 years, I’ve built a career at the intersection of marketing, corporate sales, and project management, in both B2B and public–private sectors. I’ve managed international exhibitions, supported complex business development programs, and worked hands-on with technology products, vendors, and clients. Along the way, I’ve learned that real impact comes from connecting strategy with action, closing deals, building networks, and digging into research to make informed decisions.

I’ve led projects with international teams, overseen initiatives with multi-million-dollar budgets, and delivered measurable commercial results. These experiences taught me that success isn’t about ideas alone — it’s about execution, persistence, and the ability to navigate complexity.

Outside of the office, I’m endlessly curious about how the world works. I travel to observe, learn, and understand different economies, cultures, and business systems. Markets, organizations, and social structures fascinate me, and exploring them helps me see patterns that inform both my professional and personal thinking.

I speak Azerbaijani, English, Russian, Turkish, and can read and understand Arabic and Georgian, which allows me to connect across cultures and gain insights beyond borders. I also invest in structured learning — certifications and programs that sharpen my tools and expand my perspective, because I believe knowledge only has value when applied.
